You&amp;rsquo;ve got thick steam, constant humidity, and those wild temperature jumps when you jump in a hot shower.&#xA;If a lamp isn&amp;rsquo;t built for that, the seal fails. Moisture leaks in, hits the filament, and—&lt;em&gt;pop&lt;/em&gt;—your heater is dead in a few weeks. We&amp;rsquo;re actually looking for the breaking point.&#xA;Usually, the moisture attacks the seals where the quartz meets the metal. If there&amp;rsquo;s even a tiny weakness, water vapor sneaks in and makes the tungsten filament oxidize. Once that happens, the resistance spikes and the lamp burns out. By pushing the units until they almost break, we can be sure they&amp;rsquo;ll actually handle your morning shower.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
