The nitty-gritty on heat We use a halogen-filled quartz envelope. In plain English, that means we can pack more wattage into a smaller space without the glass melting. Whether your power grid runs on 230V or 400V, we’ve got a version that fits your region. High-wattage tubes are great because they get your PET to that glass transition temperature fast. It speeds up your cycle times, which keeps the line moving. Just a heads-up, though: these high-density lamps put more pressure on your cooling fans.
